As for Zoe yeah massive huge change !!!
Get the massage !!!!! you will never look back , when you do get a massage ask them to work on your hip flexors ...not a pleasant experince as I am guessing yours are tight as a nut like mine so lots of pressure but you will literally feel a instant difference in your seat postion and leg postion like INSTANT !!!
be proud massive changes going on here girl!
Thanks sonnet! I appreciate that because I consider you one of the dressage gurus on the site!

I am certain my hamstrings and hip flexors are wicked tight- I am actually aware of them being sore and tense just sitting here! Def. need to work on that. I must say, when I was practicing yoga 2-3 days per week my riding was never better! Might need to take that up again.

I know a massage would be so good for me, and this is going to sound odd- I am pretty uncomfortable being touched. DH has gotten me a massage or two as a gift and I get all tense and lightheaded and I break a sweat when I get the massage! Is that weird? Maybe if I go to the same person a few times it would be better.
