I wouldn't have waited this long in the first place. Putting all your trust in one person, especially in a year like this, is not a good idea. But anyway, look in your local paper, and search online. Our province has a website that lists hay for sale, it's really helpful. You may have better luck if you look for roundbales, they can be a bit more of a hassle to feed, but better than nothing. And you also may have to look into shipping hay up. I'd never feed cubes as 100% on my roughage, but depending on how much pasture you have, you could go that route. Or mix hay with cubes.
