This! My BO gets all of her hay at auctions, she has a big hay trailer (a flatbed) and she gets really good prices. Sometimes we do get bad bales (stemmy, moldy, etc) but we feed those to the fatties. You'd be surprised, most horses will pick around mold and other bad stuff.
