I videoed working with Rosie a little yesterday. I wanted to start teaching her to do this:



I realized that I done a lot more desensitizing work with Justin before I taught him that particular 'skill'. You can see her get visibly upset at one point.



After she got nervous, I did too, so I worked a little bit more and then went on to something 'easy'. She wasn't as good about picking up her feet as she usually is, I guess because she wasn't in her usual spot and wasn't tied up - and probably she still felt my nerves. She pulls on the left rear, was hesitant to pick up the right front, and moves around on the left rear. Then we worked a little on moving over. She tends to get quite flinchy if you poke at her sides, which is something we are working on, slowly. It really bothers her.
