Still, I'd love to hear someone's answer to this, or at least a good vocal explanation of a good 2-point? In language a kid can understand? I'm forever trying to explain to the kids how to go about it but it's hard to get them to visualise it correctly when we're down at the school (am thinking of printing out some diagrams for the yard). Especially hard as some kids seem to 'get' it straight away from one wording but others don't.

I remember I got explained to by an instructor who had a small plastic barrel she got onto to 'demonstrate', which worked really well, but we have no such thing.
