I think sometimes with being fat comes a multitude of other problems and insecurities, and like you said, people like to project their issues onto other people.

Plain and simple, they're jelous that you have the strength to cut out foods that have probably become somewhat of a source of addiction for them (Same with the pop).

Honestly, I have no idea how to help out someone like that. If someone's going to be a nasty bitch they're probably going to do it when they're fat or skinny.

Example: I HAD a friend who is very tall and thin. She doesn't really work out, and her idea of eating right is a plate of perogies, bacon and sour cream. But she felt fine ribbing me about eating right and excercising, and basically telling me "I don't even know WHY you try. Nothing's changing. I don't ever have to go to the gym." Trying to sabatauge anyone's attempt at being healthy is wrong. Which is why we don't speak anymore.
