I like to have deeper meanings to things, but on my terms, and usually I don't feel the need to discuss them with anyone else. Day in and day out gives me a headache- chill the hell out and enjoy life as it is, lol. At the moment I'm trying to just focus on thinking more in 3D, and comparisons between a tibia and the creation of the universe aren't going to help me out any time soon.

And as for the faking a statement to make the grade: I don't see a difference between making the grade and making money to pay the bills. Scratch that, making money to pay the bills is more important than making the grades IMO. If the artist needs a statement so s/he can have their work on display to a broader range of clients, I'd say go for it. The piece was made by them, so why the hell not market it to the fullest extent? I guess it's like modeling: you're going to say you weigh a little less or a little more, are a little taller or a little shorter, all to make the cut and get paid. From there, your work has to speak for itself.
