Yikes. I'm sure part of her fugliness is due to her condition, but I don't think her structure would make her a good barrel horse. If you want a good prospect I'd suggest an OTQH (off-track quarter horse), those tend to get snapped up quick because they already are bred and built for speed and most haven't been soured by bad training/riding. OTTBs also make remarkably good gaming horses, and there's plenty that look like stock horses.
