We make lots and lots of cookies-- sugar, gingerbread, spritz, shortbread, snowballs, and others that I'm blocking out right now. Also fudge. This year we made peanut butter fudge with chocolate on top. Also made marzipan for the first time in the new food processor... it was surprisingly easy!
Christmas morning for the past few years we have been making a variety of baking powder biscuits, both plain and with ham & cheese baked in. They are great, and go reallllll quick as everyone is waking up and getting their coffee. Also sometimes cinnamon rolls depending on how many people. This year we're doing a roast beef, Yorkshire pudding, mashed potatoes and various veggies for Christmas dinner.
This is all making me tired just writing it out.
