A couple things:

His feet don't look so good now. I preferred them when he was at the trainers. They still weren't wonderful, but IMO better than they are now.

Try feeding his hay ration in a slow feeder, or a small mesh hay net. You can make your own out of basketball nets, or hockey nets or something like that. Being that he is overweight and possibly could have some metabolic issues, it is best to keep him eating little amounts slowly throughout the day. You don't want his body to go without food for 10 hours in between feedings.
