I'd call her about Wednesday. Tell her it was nice meeting her and you were just checking to make sure you had completed all the paperwork needed for the application process. Let her answer your inquiry that yes they have everything needed, and reply with a "I am looking forward to hearing from you". Its called a courtesy call and no manager should be irritated that you called to follow up on the hiring process. Some are even impress that you took the time and cared to call. Keep in mind that they receive many applications for people who are terribly under qualified for the job and won't bother to follow up.

Then you wait.
