I really don't want to get involved but I HAVE to ask....

You keep mentioning that she has never said what you did wrong, or what the horse did wrong and why she was so unhappy with the entire deal..... But, did you EVER ASK her those questions? I have not read anywhere in this thread where you say "I asked her repeatedly what Nemo did to disappoint her, and how I could help her enjoy him more or help her sell him and find something better suited, etc"

When I sell a horse, I am always willing to help the buyer in the future with that horse. I may not always be in a financial situation to buy the horse back, but I will ALWAYS help market the horse and/or help the buyer find a horse that they are happy with. I do everything I can to make sure its a good match initially, but sometimes shit happens and its just not a good match.

Overall, I feel this woman has done some really insane things. But, I feel that you, as someone who buys and sells a lot of horses, are the one at fault in this situation. You should have attempted to find out what the real issue was and make it right and be of more service to your customer.

Discussion is the exchange of intelligence...
Argument is the exchange of ignorance.
