Some people are just batshit crazy and difficult, unfortunately. However, I agree with others on you needing to be more professional - never should a horse trader/professional (however you want to look at yourself) name call a customer. I've dealt with some really rude people, and what I've found is that the best way to respond is to not rise to the bait and not make comments that will fuel the fire. She may very well be a difficult customer, but if you had just politely kept asking her what she would like you to do, and refused to stoop to her level, it wouldn't have given her nearly as much to be upset about. It's pretty easy to read in her emails that you called her some really rude and unkind names.

What was your response when she said that her father had asked about the $150-200 that he felt should have been tacked onto the trade? What were your responses to other questions? Did you in fact call her names? It sounds like you brought her disability into the equation by making some nasty comments, going by her emails. I'd like to know the rest of the story, if you're going to bring the drama here for advice/venting. At least it would be less one-sided that way. Right now you're trying to make her out to be the villain - I can understand having to deal with someone who is difficult/crazy, but I feel like your responses probably caused the whole situation to blow up rather than to defuse it.

How terribly sad for you that the extensive advice you've been given wasn't what you wanted and wasn't sufficient for you to figure what to do.
