I don't think T would let a horse get skinny like that. We may not see eye-to-eye on lots of stuff, but I know they at least know what skinny is. And what wormers are. And what feet are supposed to look like.

There's no excuse for horses to look like that. You can say that one is old, or that one was sick, or that one didn't winter well. FINE. That might fly for ONE, so long as you ADMIT IT and are working to fix the problem. Or you're a legitament rescue.

But c'mon.

When there are two that look like that, there's usually something waay wrong.
