I really think I'm going to eventually look into owning property for my guys. Even with high property taxes here I think it'd work out to be cheaper...I like the social life at the barn, though! But considering I'm paying over $3,000/year/horse, twice what you are, I think it would work out better in the long run. Also, my barn, my rules. *g*
