This is not my horse. The author of the post told me I could re-post it on some other sites. I will forward her e-mail address to anyone who might be
interested.

My friends recently lost their 16 year old son in a car accident. He was a major help with their animals, and between losing the help, and the depression
that has hit them right now they are rehoming a lot of their animals.
They currently have a 17 year old paint mare that they will give away just to get her gone. She is a nice horse, although probably not for a novice rider. They rode her up until the accident, so she has not been rode for the last 2 months. They were fairly novice, so maybe she would do ok, she just does stuff like always trying to go back to the barn when you are riding her etc. I would not put kids on her (of course I am nervous around horses so take it for what it is worth lol)
I have pictures I could e-mail anyone that is interested. They are located in Dunkirk Ohio, which is near Kenton, Bellefountaine, Lima, Findlay, Upper Sandusky.
The one vice I know she has is she can be hard to load onto a trailer, other than that I think she is a pretty easy horse as like I said she was one of their first horses.
