AHAHA, see, I posted quite a few threads within a few months of my horses- mostly of deano, and someone got mad at me, and said to warn them , because they were sick of seeing my horses. so that is when I went FUCK YOU ALL, and have threads of bajillions of pictures of deano. the last thought before these people die is going to be of deano galloping across my arena MUAAHAHAHAHA > for good measure >>

No matter how many times you explain yourself or apologize, it comes back to haunt you over and over and over....... Oh and Breeze, Htobago has been very sick but was posting on the NHR side today. That wasn't an attack on you personally, you aren't the only one to fuss about her poneh. Beside your issue, if I remember correctly, was over a difference in type preference, not that she was posting pictures. Oh I know I wasn't the only one saying anything and yeah it wasn't about all the pictures but I just wish it would go away because I felt bad.

LOL...Weather they believe it or not, most of the time I try to bring a bit of humor into things...Good thing I ain't a stand up comic...Not sure it would work with this crowd!!

But if your horse is a fugly it's okay. I have nothing to do with show horses but never once heard anyone get after anyone for bragging about it? Hey, if ya can do it it ain't bragging!! I was referring to a gal who has a nice show arab that she posts pictures of just about as much as anyone else post pictures of their horses and gets grief for it. its true! I know! It's Leik OMGosh!! We all find any opportunity to post pictures of our horse. Most of us love and are proud of our animals, that's why we do it. We should be happy for each others accomplishments. Weither that is winning big shows and making nice babies, or figuring out how to get your jiggy horse to WALK!

Nightgames wrote: Okay, I hope I have this right. I tried my hardest to remember all these rules, and thought it would benefit everyone if it's all compiled into one thread for future reference. 1) You cannot ride horses until they are over 3, 4, even 5 years old. It's unthinkable to get on a 3 year old according to certain members. 2) No horse on the face of the earth is worthy of breeding. None. The only horses worthy of breeding are the ones with perfect conformation, and since we all know that's impossible, no horses are to be bred. Geld and spay them all. 3) When you are finally able to ride your now unbroke 10 year old, don't train it yourself because you don't know what you're doing, but also don't hire a trainer because they are all full of shit. 4) If you disagree with anything wearing boots and spurs you must be nothing but a stall cleaner, because cleaning stalls is a bad thing. 5) Under no circumstances should you blanket your horse. For if you do, you are abusing said horse. 6) Stalling your horse is unacceptable, but also mare motels and breezeway barns should be fully bedded, even though it's not financially wise to do so. But again, stalling your horse is unacceptable. It's cruel. 7) If your horse looks at you cross-eyed, you must have hand fed it. Hand feeding is worse than riding them when they are 5 years old. The only thing you can do is hobble break it. Don't you dare respond to anyone for if you do, you will be accused of being rude, being defensive, being -----(insert preferable word choice here). And if you do dare, be prepared for everyone to say the same thing for several threads you respond to. 9) The most important rule for this message board is, if you don't agree with someone and you voice this, you automatically have to have your way. You are not entitled to your own opinion. You must agree with everyone else. 10) Don't forget! You can FIND a dog, but you can't do your research, and get a dog you want. You MUST buy a mutt from a shelter, you cannot get one from any other place. (Unless of course they show up on your doorstep bleeding.) If I forgot any of the ridiculous rules that seem to be popular now, please let me know. I want to do a service for this board, and help the other members remember all the silly rules, that just get worse and worse and worse.
When I ride my horse I get to forget I have a brain injury I was the daughter who wouldn't lift a finger in the house but cycled madly off in the pouring rain to spend all morning mucking out a stable.

i am always amazed that people feel the need to ask if roaching is the answer. roaching is never the answer. never. not even if your horse's mane is on fire and the only way to put it out is to cut it off. it'd look better singed off from an out of control fire than from being roached. the end.
