We decided to move our horses after being approached by an elderly woman at the last show. She is leasing a really nice facility and needs a little help as she
has had both knees replaced and her back is starting to deteriorate. The back story on the place is that super wealthy Dr Dad built this facility for his
daughter who wanted to do eventing, the daughter commited suicide and the parents want nothing to do with the barn. The barn is a six stall but comes with a
lit dressage arena, huge stadium sized ring, round pen, cross country/gallop course, heated washrack, air conditioned lounge, washer and dryer, huge bathroom,
pole barn to park the trailer, we will have out own private tack room, it's gated and has an on site groundskeeper. The rings have all gone to grass but
I'm sure we can turn it over, I was amazed at how nice this place is! My boys will enjoy the pastures and Norman is still doing his long trotting rehab
work and the owner told us to feel free to take the ATV to do that. We used to long trot him that way in NY.
Here are a few pictures.
