or fear. And it absolutely will not stop, ever, until you are dead "

Don't let the low post count fool you. I spend more time here than I care to admit.

I don't hand feed my horse treats - he's already mouthy enough.
He won't stand still in the cross-ties - namely flipping his head up and down. He also just wiggles around in general.
He's always biting at the cross-ties, or worse, the people around him. Most of the time it doesn't seem "mean" just...ornery and obnoxious.
I've tried smacking him on the nose for biting and correcting the head tossing/playing in the cross-ties but haven't had any luck. It's become a
game to him.
I'm think this is a serious disrespect issue and possibly a dominance thing? I'm not sure what other actions I should take to help correct it.
I bring this up bc I've seen a lot of people post where they got after their horse just one time...and that fixed it. Am I just not scary enough?!
When I ride my horse I get to forget I have a brain injury
I was the daughter who wouldn't lift a finger in the
house but cycled madly off in the pouring rain to spend all morning mucking out a stable.

I can't imagine a life without dogs. It would feel so empty. Instead it's my bank account that's empty.
