I like...a lot too!!!!! (Oh and exclamation marks!!!!). I find that I over formalise when I write and have to come back to 'de-formalise' everything. I hate that.

That's what I always said about that one forum I mentioned above -- they were DESPERATE to take offense whenever I posted. They would dig and look for things to get after. On the subject of inbreeding (or linebreeding) when it came up on that board. I posted thoughtfully and maturely (or so I thought) and people RAMMED down my throat, accusing me personally (in 20 years, we bred one dog to her father (both titled conformation champions) and one mare back to her sire twice - the results were very favorable), saying things like "If you do that with your animals, imagine what you do with your family!" and "that's like your husband having sex with your daughter" until a very well liked and respected member who had a following that was quite similar to the Pope's who is also very involved in arabs, piped up and said "Yo, arabian breeders have been doing it for years" -- all of a sudden it was absolutely FINE, and in fact FAVORABLE to do those things... because someone else suggested it!

Cant they just read my post and comment on the post, not on my poor spelling? May I make this my official apology to blanket over all of the spelling errors Ive ever committed, or will commit? Please?
Apology accepted.
Must say though that sometimes I'm just hanging to correct someone for common mistakes that make their posts hard to read but try to hold back so as to NOT look like a spelling/grammar-nazi. Can anyone remember the poster on the main Fugs site that kept using 'too' instead of 'to'? And there's a current poster (who shall remain nameless) who doesn't put spaces after commas or full-stops - I have sooo had to stop myself from commenting (did, last night, gently tell my hubby, who does it too, to please not do that anymore!).
