Life is not about how hard you hit. It is about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.

Selah, does your dog shed? Garbo has never shed at all- she has hair, just like a human. Her hair is different though, because it pulls out REALLY easily (as in if we actually PULLED it, it doesn't hurt her unless you do huge chunks). If she is out hunting or something and gets stuck on something by her hair, it's important for her to be able to pull loose. We don't sit around and pull on her hair, we've just had to take out dozens of burrs and stuff.
Grooming is simple. A quick brushing with a slicker brush will remove any loose undercoat. A comb is used for the eyebrows and whiskers. Stripping (pulling out) the outercoat a couple of times a year will keep your Griffon's coat healthy. Stripping does not hurt the Griffon and most Griffons enjoy being stripped.

Also, your dog must be clean any dry for it to work 100% effectively. If you use one of the high velocity dryers, that gets even MORE hair out. =)
