I agree with this completely and I actually felt nothing that he had died. I just don't believe in gloating when someone dies, even if it's someone you don't like.

He was a big part of the "No Child Left Behind" program, as well as justice for equal rights and State Child Health insurance programs. I'd say he had a productive 40+ years in government.
