For the moment I'm staying in a basement, and my mattress is just sitting on the floor. (In the process of moving so 99% of my stuff...like say a bed... is in storage)
I am utterly terrified of spiders, and they are hatching away right now. Every night I will convince myself at some point that there is one crawling on my blanket. But every time I click on the lights it ends up being a feather from my blanket or just a trick of the light.
UNTIL NOW! I definitely saw legs moving! I jumped up and ran to get the light and told my husband that there was a huge spider on the bed. And THERE IT WAS!... The tiniest little spider I've ever seen in this basement. It's body was the size of a pinhead, but it had long thin legs. Still though I'm surprised I spotted it. Now my husband is making fun of me for finding the "huge spider"... and even more that I wouldn't get back in bed until I checked the entire bed for more...and all the corners of the room.
...And that I still can't go to sleep because my skin is crawling!
*repeats to self* Only a few more weeks to go!
And whoever it was on here who told the story about the spider eggs hatching in the blanket on the foot of their bed.. you added so much more terror to my life!!! I hope you're happy! hahaha
