I know the feed quality is fantastic, I know that the barn staff has daily at 10 am staff meetings where each week they also go over signs of injury , colic and what is required with horse in rehab. I know the feed schedule never varies more then 5 - 10 mins max for each scheduled feed. they go over issues from the day before and any concerns they have with each horse. I know all pens are picked clean ever single day in the afternoon and well the stalls are quite literally impecable I also work there part time so I know it is not one off things I am seeing that they are consitant in their care and their feed I feel extremely lucky right now

But, that is just me and I know not everyone can do that because of their life circumstances or because they are showing their horses, etc.

When I ride my horse I get to forget I have a brain injury I was the daughter who wouldn't lift a finger in the house but cycled madly off in the pouring rain to spend all morning mucking out a stable.
