Ok, Here is my latest riding video and a longing video as well. I feel Red was being a twat during both, but I did find she had a sore spot right behind her shoulder about about 6 inches above her elbow, so I have a feeling that attributed to it.
We walked, trotted, and cantered. During the ride I *thought* she picked up the correct left lead but I was wrong. During the longing she picked up the left lead during the first depart, but cross fired for 3-4 more attempts, then during the last one she cross fired, trotted a stride (or two) then picked up the correct. Im not sure if she picked it up because she was set up good for it, or if it was because I brought her down then told her to canter again right off the bat. But after that she did seem slightly off, so she got a slight massage and stretch of that area.
During the ride, I dont know. I did pull a groin muscle and this is my second ride after I had repulled it (yep pulled it twice) I hurt somewhat during the ride, but not in a repulling kind of way, more of a not used to this tight feeling kind of way. But I'm watching the video and thinking "damn I just suck" I found it hard to post from the thigh, but then again thats how I pulled the muscle in the first place,and pain makes repeating it kind of hard. So I dont know.
