What do you do about it? What have you tried that doesn't work?
Throw in whatever you feel like.
A couple questions...
If someone is on an acne treatment, and their pimples go away, do they have to stay on that treatment to keep them away?
If they do come back, will they be in the same quantities, or will it be worse?
What kind of moisturizers are safe for pimple prone people?
Should I stay away from makeup foundations?
What other tips do you have that won't interfere with my treatment?
I've decided to try this SkinID stuff from Neutrogena. I just started on it last week..
So far my face has been clearing up up a little bit. But I'm not sure if it's because of the treatment, or because I'm not on my period. lol
I've been told that BC should help get rid of it. I asked m doctor about it. But because I'm on such weak BC, it doens't do anything, and lack the ingredient that would do anything anyways. Which explained a lot I guess.
Aside from that... I don't know...
I'm a compulsive picker.... I know.... I shouldn't. But I can't stop! everytime I touch a spot of skin that feel uneven, I have to! and I have some scars because of this.
So silly of me. I've really been trying not to pick. But I have to admit, that is a very difficult one.
I'm not sure if there's also a psychological thing about it. But I remember in high school a girl commented on my shoulders and how they looked really soft, with no pimples. And ever since then, I've been picking at my shoulders too. It's like I can't be commented on my skin... good or bad.
Anyways... well see how this goes. I told my boyfriend tell me to stop picking if I start. I've been really keeping up with a routine in skin care. And trying to eat healthier. Working from the outside in, and and inside out.
