She CHOOSES to come here, and if she finds it unpleasant, then don't come at all. It's not like her pathetic wrist flailing complaint is going to change anything.

Perhaps you could spare us all and take your own advice? Don't think people here are cool enough for you? Then leave, right?I personally find it hilarious that you think it could possibly matter what you (a 20 something jumper rider in New Zealand) think about BC (a US horse bred by a recognized pedigree expert for Western disciplines). Talk about "pathetic wrist flailing."

Talk about "pathetic wrist flailing."We all make mistakes...some more so than others... And an expert in one field doesn't mean an expert in all fields, as plainly shown by breeding this chosen stud as a supposedly example of a great all-around type stock horse ...which he is clearly not great/good at anything...lol... HH personal dislike aside, will you now invalidate the contribution of horses like Peter McCue, Traveller, and several others that were not the ideal of today? I am just wondering if you have forgotten what a breeding program really is. And what the term "breed on" is designed to mean.Certain traits not the whole, is a pretty basic meaning. I don't think FTF has ever claimed to be carrying on the programs of others. Like most of the known world does in their breeding programs, and not always with successful result.I think it is silly to continue to focus on the faults as though the goal is to breed on those specific characteristics or traits. And the definition or understanding of all rounder is as specialized as the the breeds have become. I don't mean to be rude but I kind of expect better from people who have a strong basis of experience and knowledge.I look at BC as the Peter McCue of FTF's program. He is the beginning not the end. So all of the bashing on his faults strikes me as somewhat shortsighted.

PM has a more open shoulder angle for more agility, straighter hind leg for quicker thrust, a straighter croup for greater racing distance, & isn't near as front end heavy & unbalanced as Berry Cool is from the withers to the head... WOW HH!!! BC squares up and measures out as a much more balanced horse. Who knew? Thanks for pointing that out. :P

If there was a vet student action figure, no children would buy it, and it would need to come with a warning label about increasing the depression in teenagers. Even the commercials for it would be depressing:The new vet student action figure from Mattel! It has foldable legs for long periods of sitting and standing! You can watch its hair turn gray before your eyes! Comes complete with 50lb backpack and scoliosis! Happiness not included.
