I get though that people who don't have kids probably don't get that. I feel so sorry for this guy and his poor horses who suffered. I hope they catch the sickos and throw the book at them.

The journey we have taken with Ruby is a long one but basically she is stage one navicular. Tiff and I both feel that it would not be right to expect her to run barrels even with the best farrier/vet care. She will breakdown somewhere else and we will end up killing her. Her life is worth more than the few dollars she may win.
