I remember the first time I saw a rattler curled up in my path. This one didn't look like a rattler, but I was still thinkin' 'snake'.

The barn isn't far from a busy intersection with gas stations, fast food places, etc. and sometimes in the winter they will mosey over to one of them and hang out in the parking lot. Those things freaking stand their ground to cars and don't back down...there have been many times I got stuck in a jam because they were crossing the street and they will stop right in front of you and try to attack your car instead of just getting the fuck across the street.
