I've been trying to lose weight (and get healthier!) for a while now. Luckily, my job is a workout! I am on my feet 9 hours a day, but I love it. I lose 2-3 pounds a week even if I do nothing to help it. But I'm going on vacation in a month (Cape Cod! I'm so excited!) and I want to be comfortable on the beach. (I have not been comfortable in a bathing suit for 5-6 years.)
I'm down to a size 5-6 in jeans- from a size 14-16. I started at 190-195 pounds and I'm at 150 today. I also used the body fat calculator thing at the gym that they say is fairly accurate- when I first started my gym membership I was at about 45-50%, and today I checked and I'm at 26%!!!!!!
Making an effort to eat healthy and take my vitamins, too. I eat a lot of the same stuff, but try to keep it fairly healthy. (Eggs for breakfast, something leftover for lunch, and chicken/broccoli/whole wheat pasta for dinner. When I can afford it I like to buy fruit, too.)
