So as some know a couple weeks ago I had my two 15 yr old cats put to sleep due to health issues. I had originally adopted a kitten very soon after that at a free adoption fair and then wasnt able to adopt her because I didn't put indoor only cat on my adoption application ( they only adopt to indoor only homes.) I told them I one of the cats I had PTS was indoor only and I also had an indoor only kitty ( now my oldest cat) plus the two who were indoor/outdoor.
Anyhow that wasnt good enough for them so they denied allowing me to adopt the kitten I picked out.
So on Saturday the 16th I went to an animal shelter and looked at the cats/kittens. Found one I liked and filled an application out and met him in the get acquainted room. Then left the shelter.
On weds after I found out about Jayne I had planned to bring my gma to go meet the kitten. ( the first time I have gotten her out of the house in over a month)
She liked him so then I adopted him, but before he could be adopted he needed to be fixed so I wouldnt be able to pick him up until the next day at the vet.
So anyways here is Tux, formerly known as Winston. He is 4 months old and was a few days away from being put to sleep since he had been in the shelter a long time.
Hes very sweet and has helped me be happier the past few days, giving me good distraction from my sorrow about Jayne/my two old kitties. Plus I saved his life! I dont understand why no one else adopted him, hes sweet and cute and yea. He gets into Everything! worse then a puppy!

playing with our 9yr old cat Libby, she wasnt impressed
