Anyone have an experience with it?
Neighbor's horse has something going on, I think he may be abscessing or at least that is how I'd treat it if it was my horse. He has a little swelling in the fetlock but I think it's from trying to stand on his toe not from an injury, there is a little heat but no scrapes or punctures to the skin that I could feel. Did the best I could before getting my head kicked in. She heard from a friend of a friend that ester c reduces swelling and to give him 3 table or teaspoons (I don't recall which she said). I've never heard anything of the sort so I figured I'd ask.
(Long story short you can't soak this horse much less try to put a wrap with some itchamol on there, he essentially been taught NOTHING about personal space, much less any manners and can't be led/tied or even held by his halter. Oh, and did I mention he's a stallion??
And yes, I talk about gelding him ALL the time.)
