yup for sure, I used to walk back and forth among them looking for one sound enough to save,never found one they were such a mess injuries like I've never seen before or since,I know it's not common to stop,but my boss was a kill buyer too... sooo

I would like to point out that Curlin's dam was unraced. hard to believe, isn't it? I would call her "less than average", well, not anymore. Now she is worth a fortune. Also, she has no notable offspring besides Curlin, and no notable siblings, either. Go figure...this is one reason why people keep breeding the unraced/unproven mares - anything is possible.
