What do you register the foal as? The dam is NSH and the sire is APHA.

UH, first off that is one of the craziest things I've ever heard, you bred her to experience being a mother. You do realize how dangerous breeding can be right? I know the foal is on the ground now but mares and foals die all the time during foaling.
Second, you can't register the foal so no point lying about it. If you HAD to breed her the responsible thing to do would of been to breed to a purebred Arabian so the foal could of been registered 1/2 Arab, this foal is grade pure and simple.
The mare is cute but that's all I can tell you because the picture isn't that great for conformation evaluation.

She does look young so I will give her the benefit of doubt that she just doesn't know.
OP, we need better pictures to give you a good conformation evaluation. Try standing her up on solid ground without her turning her head so we can look at her neck and shoulder. Take pics of her legs from the front and the back. Do you have her pedigree? I would love to see her bloodlines.
PLEASE do not breed any more until you know more about conformation and what would make a better match to your mare. I hope you keep your foal for it's entire life but when breeding you always need to think of the future of the foal if for some reason you cannot keep it. Unfortunately there is not a market for the foal you produced, it CAN'T be registered as anything so it will not have papers.
