Conformation doesn't change with age, a horse may look butt high with growth but bad necks, horrible croups, steep pasterns etc don't change with age. This stallion is NOT stallion quality in any way and should be gelded ASAP! I wouldn't breed to him if you paid me.

His neck stands out to me first off..like others said, it's ewey and short..and his throat latch appears to be thick.
I agree with the others on the other points made. The only thing that really looks decent on this horse is his shoulder angle. He looks as though if he were squared up, he'd be a bit posty in the back (maybe, I can't really tell). He does have short cannons front and back, so that's a plus, but his pasterns are long and weak and that's no good. His head seems cute. I definitely wouldn't have bred to this stallion though.
